Meet Rebecca Bradshaw
More Than Just
Director of Programmes & Strategic Operations and Assistant to the Founder and CEO
What’s most useful to know about her
With a background in Forensic Psychology and a frontline understanding of organisational operations, Rebecca brings a systems-aware, people-centered approach to leadership and programme delivery at More Than 1 Label.
She leads on two key strategic programmes, The Neuroadaptive Administrative Partner and the development of the Administrative Assistant Career Accelerator (AACA) both of which aim to transform how organisations understand, value, and invest in administrative and support roles. Her work is rooted in the belief that inclusion must be practiced not just in policy, but in how people are supported, developed, and seen within teams.
Drawing from her own lived experience and career as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple global CEOs, Rebecca understands the power of flexible, trust-based working relationships. She specialises in creating inclusive environments where neurodivergent and early-career professionals can contribute meaningfully, develop their skills, and thrive beyond outdated hierarchies or assumptions.
Her approach reflects a quiet but radical shift in leadership support: moving from task management to partnership, from hierarchy to co-creation. Through her work at More Than 1 Label she champions a future where supportive roles are not endpoints but entry points to equity, innovation, and social mobility.
